At Good Vibes Home Foods, we're dedicated to bringing you fresh, home-cooked meals with ultimate convenience. Please read our updated shipping and pickup policy below to understand how your orders are delivered or made available.

1. Delivery Areas

We proudly serve the JJS Shrivari Nilayam layout in Karasangal and the surrounding 5-kilometer radius. Delivery feasibility to specific locations will depend on the service area of our third-party parcel delivery partners.

2. Order Placement & Preparation Time

  • For Most Menu Items (Lunch, Gravies, Biryanis, etc.):

  • All orders require a 2-hour advance notice to ensure the freshest ingredients and meticulous preparation. Please place your order online or via phone at least 2 hours before your desired pickup/delivery time.

  • For Chapatis:

  • Chapatis are available for order 24 hours a day and will be prepared as quickly as possible from the time of your order. We aim for prompt preparation to get them to you hot and fresh.

3. Delivery Method (Parcel Service)

  • We facilitate deliveries through reliable third-party parcel delivery services such as Uber Parcel, Rapido Parcel, or similar local services.

  • Upon order confirmation and preparation, we will arrange for the parcel service to pick up your food.

4. Delivery Charges

  • All delivery charges will be borne by the customer. The cost will be communicated to you by the parcel service upon booking, or you can arrange for the pickup and pay the delivery partner directly.

  • You will be responsible for confirming and paying the parcel delivery fee to the chosen service.

5. Delivery Timeframe

  • Once your order is prepared and ready for dispatch from our kitchen, the delivery time will depend on the parcel service partner. We will inform you when your order is ready for pickup by the delivery agent.

  • Good Vibes Home Foods is not responsible for delays caused by the parcel delivery service.

6. Pickup Option (Take-Away)

  • You are always welcome to pick up your order directly from our kitchen location within JJS Shrivari Nilayam. There are no charges for self-pickup.

  • Please ensure timely pickup as agreed.

7. Order Confirmation & Communication

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been placed and its estimated preparation time.

  • We will communicate with you regarding the readiness of your order for pickup by the parcel service or for your self-pickup.

8. Order Accuracy & Issues

  • Please check your order upon receipt (either from the parcel delivery partner or during self-pickup). Any discrepancies or issues must be reported to Good Vibes Home Foods immediately so we can address them.

9. No Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of fresh food preparation upon order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun.
